If your region is outside of Spain it doesn’t even work anymore. Has it really been this way for four weeks?

Y no me deja abrir el app.

The app NEVER works to reload my card - I try countless times and end up always have to recharge at the metro station. Useless.

I just wanted a simple map of all the metro and bus lines. Impossible to find on this app. The app is overly complicated.

I believe the TMB’s goal is to ensure no one ever uses the t-mobiltat card. I list be 100 steps in and it still doesn’t work. High schoolers could design better IT support.

The app does almost nothing other than show directions unless you have an account, which largely locks out tourists. You can’t even set favorites such as for your hotel. No need to clutter your iPhone with this app. It’s much easier and flexible to use the transit directions on your phone’s Maps app. The Maps app will also show you the regional Renfe train, such as to the airport, which TMB will not.

Does not let you use your card if you aren’t from Europe.

Best public transport app I have used

Whenever I open the app it never loads. It isn’t functioning.

The all will not accept my international Visa card, even though the bank would approve of the transaction. So the app is useless to me. Otherwise, it looks like it would have been great.

All the city advertisements will tell you to get the hola Barcelona card telling you this is for “ticket public transit” then this app will constantly try to force you onto the A1, A2 busses for the airport and the Nit Bus (any line starting with N) which is the only ones running after midnight. These are run by private companies and not the Metro. The is no way to say in the app that you only want public transit. Instead plan to pay for the Aerobus and buy a T10 or T50 ticket (10 or 50 rides) at the metro station that ticket will qualify for the Nit Bus.

Muy buena la opción de poder comprar billetes desde la app y luego ir a una máquina a cogerlo pero sería perfecto que permitiese pagar con Apple Pay para no tener que estar colocando los datos de la tarjeta manualmente.

No sé per què, però recentment se m'han esborrat totes les línies de bus que tenia guardades, i no em deixa posar-les una altra vegada.

I just used this for 5 days in June and was very impressed; like I said it worked perfectly. I would be somewhere, type in either a point of interest or a train station and was given nearly instant perfect directions. It works for the trains or the buses and actually gives you the walking directions to the train station or bus stop you need to start from. It got to the point where my family and I would go to use it and say "okay, it's going to fail us this time" but that never happened. Highly recommended.

I'm sure it works very well for locals who already know how and where they want to go. But it is useless for tourists who need a little help. Best improvement would include being able to choose from lists points of interest. If you need more of a guidebook, don't choose this alone. But recommend because it's station list is up to date, other guides are not.

I have never used such a bad public transportation app. No input suggestions. None of the address I fill in work. Poorly done.

I don't know what they did to it, but now it doesn't even open. You go to open it and it looks like it will open but immediately closes.

Actualmente llevo reclamando a su servicio de atención al cliente sin respuesta alguna. Me registré en la app y para validar el usuario supuestamente debía haber recibido el email de confirmación, cosa que nunca llegó y por el cual reclamé. Sin este email no se puede confirmar el usuario y consecuentemente no puedo acceder a la totalidad de los servicios que tiene la aplicación. El servicio de atención al cliente no ha contestado por lo que me veo en la obligación de dejar mi mala experiencia para que otros usuarios sopesen si no sería mejor descargarse otra aplicación. UNA VERGÜENZA

This app is awesome! Real time bus arrival times, routing, favorites. Everything you need to get around.

The app itself is great, if we speak about the GUI , however the app crash very often and don't allow to keep in the background the route you take so when you swich between apps you lose the route . As I said before great app. Ans as a suggestion I would love the app to keep track of you in the background when you ask for it, that way the app will be able to alert you when you're close to your destination.

Crashes frequently. Search by current address fails. Search by address crashes.

Es una muy buena aplicación ya que además de ubicarte con el GPS te da información de bus y metro de verdad genial .. Vale la pena bajarla !!!!

use it every time I go to barcelona... great because it's gps connected so it can point you to bus stops, metro, etc. and, will also give you schedules, etc. only drawback is that it eats up data (esp. for a cost conscious traveler on a data plan...) but, in the end, this is what apps like this are supposed to do... thanks tmb!

Not user friendly plus it doesn't really tell you how to reach places. On top of that, you can't even access the full bus routes.
